These Terms of Use explain the general rules for using the PerfectATS website, including the resume builder, CV maker, resume checker, and related pages. By using the site, you agree to follow these terms.

1. What PerfectATS provides

PerfectATS provides online tools and content intended to help users build, edit, improve, and export resumes or CVs, and compare resume content with job descriptions.

The site is intended as a practical resume-help service, not as an official employer system, ATS vendor platform, or hiring authority.

2. No guarantee of hiring outcomes

PerfectATS does not guarantee interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, or passage through any employer’s applicant tracking system.

Resume checks, ATS-style feedback, and job-description comparisons are tools for guidance. They are not promises of employment results.

PerfectATS may help improve structure, wording, and clarity, but it cannot see or control private hiring systems, recruiter decisions, or employer rules.

3. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the information you enter, upload, paste, export, or use on the site.

  • Use accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information
  • Do not add false experience, fake degrees, or dishonest claims
  • Do not use PerfectATS to create unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent material

4. Acceptable use

Any resume suggestions, scoring indicators, layout choices, or job-description comparisons provided by PerfectATS should be treated as informational help only.

You should still use your own judgment before applying to jobs, sharing personal information, or relying on the output for important decisions.

6. Availability and changes

PerfectATS may change, improve, pause, or remove features, page content, exports, templates, or checker logic at any time. The site may also be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or other operational reasons.

7. Intellectual property

The PerfectATS website design, branding, logos, page structure, text, and original site materials belong to PerfectATS or are used with permission where applicable.

You may use the site for normal personal or business job-application purposes, but that does not transfer ownership of the site, design system, or branding.
